Jeanette Louis is the BEST!!! This is the first time I have ever trusted someone else to color or cut my hair and I am SO HAPPY I did! Not only is she an incredibly talented and detail oriented hair artist, but she is so warm and sweet. The way she talks to you makes you feel like you are good friends out for coffee. She asks your opinion and really cares what you think. I had about a year of root outgrowth during pregnancy/newborn baby stage and she did a full highlight, lowlight, and fringe bang with layers. It looks awesome and I cannot believe this is my new hair. Being a brand new Mom is tough and she made me feel so sparkly!
I had an excellent experience with Jeanette!! I came in with very long hair and severe breakage and dead ends. I requested a trim and she gave me so much information on why my hair was breaking and how to be better with upkeep. She suggested a treatment and it was wonderful! I love my haircut and the way she styled it. It exceeded my expectations. She was wonderful to talk with and very kind. Great vibes! I highly recommend her!
I got full highlights and a cut by Jeanette and couldn't be happier. I've been getting my hair highlighted or colored for over 20 years (I've done highlights, ombré, balayage, lowlights, etc). I'm partial to blonde, especially now that my hair is growing in gray. I have been in the Bay Area for 10 years now and I haven't really been able to find someone that can get my hair quite what I want it to do ( the right shade of blonde and with grey coverup). I can honestly say that Jeanette blew me away with her talent for color. She is also extremely friendly, accommodating, and funny. Happiest I've been with my hair in years. Already booked my next appointment!
To be fair, I didn't get a haircut here, but I did receive a cancellation text 2 minutes after arriving for my appointment without receiving a replacement stylist for that day. I know life happens but it really wasn't the best customer experience.
I had Ashlyn as my stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair! Made me feel so comfortable and at home, definitely will be rebooking with her!
