I've been coming to The Wave for years now and have been wanting to make a review for quite some time. The service and staff here has always been amazing and friendly every time I come. I wouldn't even consider going to another Salon.
I will never go back to this place it's a joke! Lisa is the one who did my hair and I told her I was not happy with my hair, she replied she has another client waiting which I understand, but at least she would of follow up on me or offer to reschedule to fix my hair. But I never heard from her. I still have dye on my forehead and my ears, that day I had to make another appointment to the other Salon to fix my hair and thanks to "Focus Salon" has an opening that day and did an excellent job...
