Waters + Co Salon in Scottsdale, AZ

I was in the area on a staycation. I have been looking for hair products from Aveda. I noticed on Yelp Waters + Co Salon carried Aveda. My hair does not like protein, silicone, silica, and no bht or butylene glycol. Hair products I have been trying doesn't even look good on our two daughter's virgin hair. After researching I thought I would try Aveda. It has been 20 years. I called ahead and Trisha answered and very enthusiastic. I decided to come right in. I waited a few while she was coloring some brows for a customer. It gave me a chance to read thr ingredients of what they had and narrow down options. Our tired girls from our busy vaca were not having it, but they were troopers and employees and understanding. I picked out a couple bottles and was encouraged to give feedback so they could pass it along to the rep. If I lived in the area I would feel very comfortable coming in for services. Edward was working on a client and her hair came out lovely. Trisha really went above and beyond to help me, but still attended to her client. Great experience and so far so good with the products.

I have been faithfully seeing Taylor for about a year now and she's incredible! My hair is the most healthy and vibrant it has ever been in my adult life and it's all thanks to her. Sometimes I struggle with self confidence, and at times my hair is one of the few things that make me feel better and I wouldn't haven't that if I didn't have Taylor and the salon in my life. Aside from her work, the prices are very fair, especially for the amount of work gets put in to each visit. Taylor is efficient while having a perfectionist type of eye for design. Everyone there is wonderful. If Taylor happened to not be available, I know that I would still get great service with of the other three stylists. Everyone is very friendly and the salon is clean with few healthy house plants in the corners or on the desk adding the simple, but welcoming vibe. I personally really enjoy going to salons that are over stimulating, but have character. This is the best salon I have been in the Phoenix area.

I found this place through Groupon, and even while using a discount the experience was phenomenal! They worked around my schedule so it was extremely convenient, even outside their posted hours. The stylist was super sweet and really took her time and overall I was super happy with my cut and color :) Already planning to return in the future.

I love Waters + Co Salon and Aveda products. I moved here from California this year during Covid-19 my mom said I had to check this place out and she was right! TheOwner Alicia and her team of stylist are very good and really care about their clients. Alicia did my hair first she is great and made sure I was very happy with my hair. She is very knowledgeable! William has colored my hair with low lights 3x now and every time it great. He styles my are perfect and I try to make it last 3 or 4 days!! I am huge fan of the Brazillian Blowout and have had many in the past 5 years. William is the best hand down and worth every dollar! My mom has an ever changing schedule and has been to William and Trisha and speaks highly of both of them. The salon has high standard regarding the recent Covid challenges- checking temp, hand sanitizer and spaced chairs and guests.

I have been going to this salon for about 3 years, have seen them through a change in ownership and one thing remains the same- Will. Will is the young man who not just does great things with my hair- but also with my soul. Sometimes I go get my hair cut or colored just to spend time talking to him. The staff is thoughtful, efficient and professional. The environment and parking are comfortable and convenient. I can not recommend this salon highly enough!
