Walmart Supercenter in San Angelo, TX

I love Walmart. It is my preferred place to shop. It is especially nice when I go early in the morning and there is no crowd. Good Selection, good prices.

Staff is rude and always look like they don't want to be there. If your going to buy something in electronics make sure you know everything about the product because they will not have a clue about anything.

Always busy and I am always here. hahahaha I like the comedy show of clothing people wear and just hanging.

The one star is for the occasional staff that helps us find what we need willingly. The lack of the four other stars in solely because of the way they take care of their fish. I'm not a fish person, and typically don't go look as I always feel bad they are in such small tanks, but for once I decided to while my fiance was looking around. What a shock. I have seen in places such as Walmart and Petsmart, one dead fish out of all the tanks they have. Not here. If there are dead fish in a tank, it wouldn't be just one but several, and you could seen they had been there a while - that or they don't feed their fish properly and the others eat the remains. And that was the case in a few tanks or in single fish jars. Absolutely unacceptable. So I took two single fish jars (don't know the name of the fish), one that already a dead one in it, and another one that was ready to die, and I asked an employee for the manager. His reaction was yes he would get a manager, his face said I don't know why you are bothering to complain about that. Instead of waiting, I decide to grab a manager who is passing by and show him the dead/dying fish. His reaction was to say he has fish, this shouldn't be happening, he will see what can be done but the reason is that someone who usually takes care of this has been away for two days....While saying all this he takes the fish, and when we end our conversion, I turn around to walk away, look back, and see that same manager put down the fish on dog food and walk away.... Basically I wasn't happy. Still not happy. And probably won't be happy until they stop selling fish or anything with a pulse.

No problems here but the prices should be lower, especially on the most common items. WMT $3.78 for 1 gallon of milk when the competition is less? What happened to WMT being the low price leader? You're even higher than the high Albertson's! The 29th St locations feels a little smaller than the Sherwood Way one. The smart stores in the grocery market should price their healthy foods like skim milk gallon, fruits, vegetables, and wheat bread cheaper to promote healthy lifestyles, even if little to no profit is made. Here are recent prices from my survey: HEB's milk at $2.98 the low price leader, with Target $3.19, Sams $3.58, Albertsons $3.69, WMT $3.78, Lowes $3.79, CVS $4.29, Walgreens $4.29. Bananas 48c/pound the same as HEB. Glad that HEB is giving WMT some competition.
