For the years I've taken my dog here the service has declined. You would think she would put notes in her file. My poor baby has come out with blood scrapes on her with the excuse that she's been scratching. She doesn't scratch in squares shaped like clippers. The last visit infuriated me. When I picked her up the price was outrageous! She told she had to bath and soak her to remove a smell and greasy coat. She did contact me prior to this. My poor baby was beet red and for 2 days and miserable for over a week. The groomer knows about her allergies and she has a wart near her tail. She has clipped the wart every time and blamed it on my dog chewing it. Thing is my dog doesn't mess with it. The vet and I have agreed to have it removed do to the way it's been healing from being clipped. If you like your dog to have special attention without the risk of being shaved to the skin and having skin rash I would not recommend this groomer. I was a hair stylist and would've been fired for these mistakes. Though they can't be mistakes if they happen repeatedly. My dog used to run to the door, now she doesn't want to get out of the truck. Sad.
