Decent first time groom but this time I arrived 8 minutes late -again. I try to schedule enough time without too much time to drop off my dog because they don't allow early drop off and car time is hard on my dog but sometimes it's hard to get her in the car. She is old, large, and disabled. Ok - I'm willing to pay the sudden add-on of a late charge. Which after I was willing to pay I was also told there might not be enough time to finish her. Either add on a charge and finish her or cut the appoint off at the scheduled end time but BOTH??? THEN it became very clear she really had no interest or ability to work with my dog today. She had an injured neck and wasn't sure she COULD because mt dog "likes" to lay down.Maybe text your clients that you really can't/don't want to work with disabled/older dogs because of your injury rather than 1) adding a $10 charge because I was 8 minutes late then ALSO 2) saying you weren't sure you'd have time to finish her scheduled grooming because of your neck and her "choice" to lay down when you know from past AND the information shared at appointment setting that she CANNOT stand for long periods of time.
Groomer magnified her account of our 6 month old puppy's "matting" to justify shaving her. Before bringing her here our 6 month old puppy's social media accounts show a well groomed... clean... well brushed and happy little dog. Unfortunately she now looks like a skinned rabbit. She sent us a text photo of our beautiful puppy just 20 minutes after we dropped her off- with 75% of her body shaved. Exactly what could we do at that point? She justifies herself in shaving her down so ridiculously and so severely with false accounts of our puppy being 90% matted... an absolute untruth and can be easily exposed as such by simply looking at the photos and videos on social media showing a clean, well brushed and cared for puppy. We are highly disappointed that she has chosen to justify her shoddy grooming by blaming us with false accusations of poor home grooming. Please heed our review and consider all your options before coming to this establishment.
