Jeff has been performing magic on my hair for years. And Jennifer gives the best manicures and pedicures. They both recently began working at W Salon & Spa. So this was my first visit at this salon. A really lovely salon with all the services you could want. Very clean salon and customer service was great. I highly recommend Jeff & Jennifer. A busy salon so I recommend an appointment but walk ins are welcomed. I was very impressed at all the services that are provided at this salon.
Just walked into my appointment and was told they were not able to do my perm because of the time that would be needed. They allotted only 45 min for my perm and couldn't do mine because there was another perm after mine. The only positive is that the stylist said she would work with my schedule after I told her I had a hard time finding time this time around and even left work early to make this appointment. As of now, from my first impression, not so impressed. Very upsetting.
Don't go to this place. What they do may seem pretty at first, but after a couple days of having my lashes done, my lashes started all falling out and they were unwilling to fix them without paying the full $165 even though the price was supposed to be $20 for upkeep after 3 to 4 weeks. They started falling out in two days. I'm mortified. And they argued with me about it after telling me to come back, and that they would fix them with no charge. they lied to me and then tried to charge me extra.
I have been wearing my hair like the photo in the left for quite some time. Since this was my first time at this salon, I brought the photo and asked her to replicate the style. $80 for haircut and blow dry, $16 tip for stylist and $4 for shampoo person. $100 and no where near what I requested. at least I won't need a haircut for many months
