Stay away from this place! Poor customer service and awful (women's) haircuts. If you ask them to double check their work, they will argue with you and refuse to do it. So unprofessional! Zero star would be more appropriate.
SHE DESTROYED MY HAIR. She did not listen to me at all... I said my hair was too long on the sides and too short in the back, I wanted it evened out with a little bit of layering. She cut the back too short and left the sides long and only layered the back. Im leaving for vacation and I don't know if any one can fix this mess so it looks decent...I had long hair and wanted it left longer...now I'll be lucky if I have short hair at this point...I almost want to shave it it looks so horrible...DON'T TRUST FOR LONG HAIRCUTS...mens cuts look great...my hair is horrible. I came home and cried. That sucked.
Love this place. It's affordable and fast. My husband and I joke about how fast they are. (Not husband in picture it's our grandson ). Didn't rob the cradle by 60 years!)
I went there for the first time to do my highlights and my eyes was burning from the melting hair color, not even a sorry. So unprofessional constantly talking in their language so loud and on the phone so I thought ok it won't hurt to try them again. Went in for a wash and blow dry same bs and they have the nerve to charge $30 when my hair was still wet and they didn't even brush it. I have never experienced anything like this with other hair salon. If your someone who gets irritated from these type of BS don't go here.
I came in asked her if she can cut my son hair she said yes and my hubby was holding our son and she sent out home right away she didn't want to comb his hair and said it was tangled it wasn't tangled not coming heee you suck Chinese lady your just last to do the work my kids 2 in a half
