Great job, I had called 2 days ahead and made an appointment for opening and was sat down before the salon even officially opened. I've been going to other salons in the area where appointment times don't seem to hold much value, but they impressed me with their timeliness. High quality service as well my nail were done very well with care, I didn't get designs but the class French tip has been botched for me before. Will def be going again :))
No complaints here, the pedicure is standard of what most nail salons have. No one cut me, which is super important. They have a great range of colors and I'd say 12 pedicure stations and 10 ? nail tables. Prices were fair.
Kim and Tiny Tina were super friendly and do a beautiful job on our pedicures, brows and manicure. Gorgeous place, very clean and spacious, we will definitely be back!

I've given this place a try 2x now during my temporary stay over the last 3 weeks. I left disappointed both times. The first time it was to get an acrylic fill with gel polish. The technition asked if I'd like my nails cut down and I said yes. Before asking if the length was okay, she cut my nails completely down. These are my natural nails under the acrylic so they only needed to be trimmed down a tiny bit. After cutting my nail down she says, "is this length okay?" I said to her, "I guess I have no choice now." She had a very snotty attitude as well during my session. After speaking to someone else who regularly goes here they said this person is new and did not like the way she did her nails either. The second time was for a pedicure. I was greeted nicely when I came in and told them I had an appointment. She asked me to pick out my color and handed me the brochure card they had with what pedicures they offered. I said I'd like the elite pedicure which is $55. I was informed that they were too busy for that pedicure and I could only be offered the basic one. I asked why she asked me to make a selection if I really had no option and she took the brochure card back and just walked away. The pedicure lasted only about 15 mins. The massage chair was the only good part of the experience. The only reason I will give 2 stars instead of one is because I was able to make an appointment same day both times I came in and the staff greeting you at the door has been friendly both times. Overall, would not recommend.
