NAILS WERE GOOD! PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS! NOT PROFESSIONAL! i was a little weary when i first walked in since i had read the reviews and they weren't outstanding. i was the only person on the salon for the entire time i was getting my nails done. i had acrylic tips with gel polish. the lady spent her time on my nails and did a pretty good job in my opinion. my only complaints were, when i told her it looked crooked she said "your nail is crooked anyways" and that didn't make much sense but it ended up turning out good. i do feel it could be clearer tho and the atmosphere could be a little more professional. one lady was talking to someone else in chinese loudly as i was getting my nails done. They weren't very warming, i've been to some places that ask me if i need anything to drink and such but they didn't. which is just extra stuff. Then when she told me the price was $70, i was like no way. I usually pay 40-50 for my nails, i don't have the kind of money for $70 a set!!! Also when i went to pay, she asked me if i could use venmo and then when i proceeded to ask if she could use my card she said something along the lines of "it's debit, those have venmo" and i said i didn't have the app. I feel like a professional buisness shouldn't ask for a venmo and they should accept cash or card. overall my nails look good, she took her time on the polish and the shape and im pleased with the quality of my nails.
I went there with my mom and her top coat was messy and bubbly?! Would not recommend, sorry.
I cannot in good conscience give this salon any stars, but I couldn't post without providing a rating, so only one & it's a gift! I had my eyebrows waxed there on Saturday, and today, Monday, have scars on both sides of my eyes from being burned. The salon is closed today unfortunately. I went there this morning to show them what happened, and to find out if the person who waxed me has the proper & current waxologist certification. If she does, then I would want to know how this happened. I literally have scars under the outside corners of my eyebrows, and above the left one as well. I'm seeing my dermatologist this week for another reason, but will ask him to look at these scars. If I am permanently scarred from this, literally right next to my eyes on both sides, then I will ask this salon to cover my medical expenses, etc. Do yourself a favor - do not get waxed at this salon!
