It feels elegant and upscale. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I've tried a ton of shops in the area and this one has been the best quality in terms of products and services. I highly recommend it! I have been coming here for several years.
I was so excited when VIP opened back up, and the remodel looks wonderful. The service I received before, and now were excellent. Each of them accommodates my schedule and does an excellent job so I have used several of their nail technicians. Everyone is so friendly and personable if you want to chat, I most recently used May who went above and beyond for a terrific manicure and pedicure
Friendly service. I always walk in and they have no trouble working me in. They will be closing for renovations January 7th, hopefully only for a month.
I usually go to Luxury Nails and Spa in Zona Rosa but unfortunately they had a long wait so I decided to give this salon a chance. I was a little skeptical because it's smaller than my usual salon. I also really hate going to new nail salons because I usually have a bad experience but I can say that Amy did a great job. She got me in and out in a timely manner without compromising the quality of my nails. I got a gel full set and I am in love. This might be my new salon thanks to Amy!
