Called and made a reservation for 2 pedicures for my birthday for me and a friend who was nervous about getting their first pedicure. Made sure to ask if we could get ours done together, not separately and they assured me no problem. The day of I get there and they tell me we have to go separately. The lady fills the water barely to cover my toes, nothing to add for soaking my feet. Then says she doesn't have enough time to take my toe nail polish off and for me to switch seats with my friend. We switch seats and she doesn't even charge the water! She barely trimmed his nails, light scrub, no massage and then said she only takes cash. Who reuses foot water?! Gross

Beautiful, relaxing service that you can rely on, while you relax in a calm no pressure atmosphere. I truly can say this is the BEST salon around.
Nancy did my nails beautifully. She was careful and gentle. I had come to believe from my previous nail tech that it would always hurt when I got a pedicure because I have neuropathy. Nancy never hurt me and she did a better job of it too. She took her time and I never felt like she was trying to rush get me out and the next customer in. It helps to call for an appointment because she is busy.
My mom lives in Crossville and I always stop to see Nancy for a manicure or pedicure when I'm in town. She does a fantastic job and is such a genuine, lovely woman.
