Tony's Nails in Crossville, TN

I can rely on Tony to do a great job with my nails every time.  He is consistent, pleasant, personable, and his prices are fair.

Got a great gel nail polish. Lots of colors. Take time to apply. Hope to go again.  Felt nice to have a pretty manicure.

Never been this disappointed in a pedicure. A friend and I went in for pedicures. Had an appt for11. We were seated immediately, which was great. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. There was one person that did both of us simultaneously. Not only was that weird, but we had to request she change her gloves and tools between us. Lotion and massage wasn't done until after the polish was applied. A few toes were ruined and had to be redone. We were out the door in less than an hour. The nail technician paid more attention to her infant son who was in the salon. I understand it's hard to find help/childcare but this was not what I was expecting. To top that all off the pedicure was $45. Definitely not worth the price.

Visiting Crossville and my hubby and I wanted to treat ourselves to pedicures. Made an appt 2 days ahead for TWO PEDICURES.

We arrived a few minutes before our 11:00 a.m. appt time and we're greeted by the guy we assumed was Tony.  He was very friendly.  We we're told to pick a color and be seated in the pedi chairs.   He continued to joke around with us.  After about 10 min or so he summoned a girl from The back.  

As soon as she walked up, she started rubbing her shoulder, then her arm.  She obviously wasn't feeling good.  She did ask my hubby if he was having a good Day.   Never  spoke to me.

She turned on the water for both my hubby and myself.  She trimmed my husband's toes nails, then mine.  She didn't even file my toe nails.
She proceeded to use a scrubber for a very short amount of time.  She did not use the grater.  She did put some oil and lotion on our feet and massaged (more of s soft rub -and if  I'm

The whole time I kept waiting for another person to come.  Instead, she went back and forth between the two of us.  
She started on us at 11:15.  I set under the toe dryer for over 10 minutes and we were back
In our car before noon.  

2 pedicures done by one person in less than 45 minutes.   Cost $80.  
In my opinion - we were overcharged and underserved.     I have been getting pedicures over 40 years. I have never had to share my pedicure technician and time with another person.  I might could understand if we were walk ins AND had they told us they were understaffed but to not even been given the courtesy of offering some type explanation was beyond unacceptable.  

Would love to to hear an explanation of this treatment.

We moved to the Cove in Dec and I had bounced around trying to find a great nail place. Finally found Tony's place. They do nails as good if not better than most expensive "big city" places. Clean welcoming facility, excellent professional service.
