Starting off nail techs are AMAZING! But the Customer Service is AWFUL!! I ordered a GC for my DIL for her birthday. I live in LA, she lives in Tallahassee. The owner assured me all I needed to do was give him her name and email, (he was going to send her the GC via email). She would only need to either show email or her name and DL. Well come day of appointment, which says they open @ 9am but when she called was told they open at 10am, so she made an appointment for 10am. Owner didn't show until 1020am, then told her he could not find confirmation of payment from me or any confirmation of my transaction. After 30mins (maybe longer) and me sending my proof of payment and him insisting I send my CC information for him to confirm (SHADY!) she was finally able to check out and go home! She enjoyed her mani/pedi but due to the nastiness and rudeness of the owner she will not be back and I will NEVER buy anything from this business!
My mother bought my wife a gift card for this business. My wife set an appointment for 9:30 but turns out they open at 10 so she waited 30 minutes only for the owner or manager to show up at 10:20. She got her nails done but then they couldn't find her gift card in the system. After a lot of back and forth it got figured out but the owner or manager tried to take her photo?? My wife left an honest review detailing this experience (you can find it). The owner then CALLS MY WIFE MULTIPLE TIMES HARASSING HER ABOUT THE REVIEW. This place is a joke of a business, do not give them your patronage. But from what I hear Nora does good work.
In Tallahassee for a quick trip and went to get my nails done with my friend, and we love this place!! I got a gel manicure by Jessica who is just the sweetest, calmest person. She paid a lot of attention to my nails and I love how they turned out. The place is really clean and they take walk ins too. Highly recommend coming and having Jessica do your nails here :-)
LOVE these nails! Helena did my nails and this is probably the best nail set I have ever gotten done. I will totally be going back! :) Also the salon is so cute, and the workers are very nice.
Violet did an amazing job! I went to get a kinda complicated design and they came out gorgeous. She even helped me pick out the perfect colors and added some glow in the dark polish!
