Butchers on men's haircuts. First my son got his haircut and I noticed it was uneven. I made the horrible mistake to go there the following week and I got the worst, most horrendous, uneven haircut of my life. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me Twice, shame on me. You've all been warned

I have been going to Vincent's for a number of years. I go for haircuts,usually different hairstyles every couple of months. I've gone for coloring and waxing. Maria is my stylist. She never disappoints in the hairstyling department. I've gone from long to medium to short. I love every haircut she has given me. Like the way she colors my hair and does my waxing. Everyone there is so friendly and the prices are reasonable. I've never had a bad experience.

I had heard some lack luster reviews about the haircuts produced here, but being in a pinch decided it'd be worth giving it a shot. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a hello that was a mix of rude and just straight up annoyance..the poor greeting left me a little shocked but I proceeded to tell them I was just looking for a trim. The woman then coldly stated "can't, we're booked" without any trace of interest in taking on a new client even though it appeared there were no clients being helped at the moment (who knows, they could've been waiting for late appointments). She asked me if I wanted to make an appointment, and I said no, as I have a busy schedule. She proceeded to tell me that I could maybe do a walk in the next Thursday after 1:30. Interestingly enough, the point of a "walk-ins welcome" is to indicate that there is no specific day or time you need to work out to get a haircut. I took a card anyway, and called that Thursday. I was able to do a "walk in", although having a day and time is not a walk in at all, just an open appointment. My hair cut was HORRENDOUS. The layers in my hair were so straight cut, they looked like someone put my hair in pony tails and casually cut them off. I actually paid to have them fixed by another hair salon, because I didn't trust or feel comfortable returning here. Rude service and a terrible haircut, I definitely won't be returning or referring anyone. I would give it 1 star, but the atmosphere and salon itself is very nice, cozy, and clean.

Best haircut in the Hudson Valley. Worth the drive from wherever you are. This is a full service salon for men and women. Vince owns the shop and after just one haircut you will feel like family. I've been going to Vince for more than 20 years and he never fails to do it right. I see the same women in the salon for coloring and cuts so that tells me they must be doing a great job! The store feels like a high end salon but the prices lower than you would expect. Great location in one of the most beautiful parts of Orange County. You will not be disappointed!
