I get my eyelash extensions done here by Brooke Walker. I have been going to her for a couple of years, she does an amazing job my lashes look beautiful! Brooke is very professional, prompt, and such a happy joyful person. I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone that wants beautiful eyelash extensions

I was taking my boyfriend's mother to get her nails done and I am going to be honest, it wasn't great. For my first time getting my nails done since covid, I wasn't that impressed. My nail tech did an ok job but she kept filing over and over in spots and it ended up giving me a file burn in multiple places on my fingers. She didn't paint my nails all the way so it looks half done and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience the entire time. Saying things like, "it's a good thing my last appointment canceled or we would be screwed.".... once she was done she told me the total and as I went to hand her my card, she said, "oh, we don't take card...cash only." I feel like that is something that should have been told to me one of the 5 times that I spoke with an employee there while setting up the appointment. She stared at me for a while before she told me that they had an ATM I could use. It was all pretty awkward to say the least. I went to the ATM to pull out the $140, when it told me there was a $60 limit. So not only was I not told before hand that I would need cash so I could pull out money with no charge from my bank down the street from my home, now I have to pay $7 ATM fee that was faulted to them for not telling me. I got my 1st $60 out and went to get the second amount when the ATM gave me an error message saying that it was out of money..... Imagine my complete and utter embarrassment when my boyfriends mother had to pay $100 of it and I had to drive to the bank afterwards to pay her back. When I tipped the technician, she still looked at me like it wasn't enough. Overall, this was not the experience that I was expecting. Which is disappointing because the shop is beautiful and it's just down the street from my house.

Taryn is AMAZING!! I can send her a picture ahead of time for color and/or cut, or just tell her what i was thinking when u get there.  Even if I have no clue what I want and tell her to do what she thinks will look good- I have NEVER been disappointed. She has accommodated my work schedule for nearly 10 years; I couldn't ask for a better stylist, and now, good friend.

The missing star is because the salon will not allow hair dryer use. Therefore, Taryn can't style my hair the way I want. I know if several blow out bars that use dryers; I don't understand why this salon owner won't allow them.

I've been getting salon services at Villagio for over four years now. Casey is my go-to for my hair, but every stylist I've spoken with is so friendly. They've recently renovated and the majority of the hair stylist have completely partitioned off spaces. Other services I've tried are facial waxing and acrylic nails. The aesthetician for facials and waxing is in a separate section of the business, very quiet and relaxing. You'd never know that they're are blow dryers going right in the next area. The manicure/pedicure area is nice and spacious. Another treat is fruit infused water, coffee, and cookies for clients. It's a nice touch when waiting in the lush, product filled reception area.

I'm super picky when it comes to my nails, so when moving to Reno/Sparks I wasn't looking forward to finding a new favorite. But I have to say I love this salon even more than my original one! I go to Shannon religiously every 2 weeks and have never walked away disappointed.
