Got blonde highlights that ended up looking bright green. I'd asked for golden hue. Returned and asked them to fix which they tried to do but it was still too bright. Hair near my neck was painted blonde in a streak instead of taking time to put in foils - now all the hair is damaged and I had to get it cut shorter. They seem kind and tried to accommodate me but not a place for complex color needs.

My mom just had a great cut and color at Victoria Beauty Lounge. Because of the quarantine, my mom had not been to a salon in many months and after an unfortunate home haircut, Jen was able to sort her out beautifully. She evened out my mom's silver hair color and added shine plus the cut was perfect, a miracle considering what she had to deal with. My mom was treated with great kindness and skill and was the only client in the salon, so important for someone of a certain age these days. My mom will definitely be headed back for a tune-up before the holidays. Thank you Victoria Beauty Lounge!

I have been going to Jen for 20 years -- she is experienced, professional, beautiful-- she colors my hair, does my hair extensions she even tattooed my eyebrows, lips and eyeliner - she is the best

Anna is simply a very gifted hairdresser. She takes her time to ensure she is on the "same page" as me with what I want. She is phenomenal with hair color, I absolutely love my color. While she is cutting your hair, you can just sense she is very experienced and confident. I have fine hair and have been growing out damage from excessive highlighting from a previous hairdresser. My hair has never, ever looked or felt as healthy as it does now. I am so fortunate to have found Anna, she is fantastic.

I was recommended by a Co-worker to go to this salon. Unfortunately I deeply regret it. I am getting married in two months and feel like my hair was ruined. I had Jen, the owner. She was very sweet and the customer service was spectacular.. they even brought me wine while I was waiting for my dye to set in. It took me a year to get to the blonde color I had and loved. It took three hours at the salon for her to turn my hair silver and then orange when I came back a week later for her to "fix it." I was charged $200 for this nightmare. When I called her the next morning she agreed to see me again to fix it. During that time she admitted to me the picture I showed her she wasn't able to do in the first place. I asked her why didn't she tell me that in the first place. She kept bringing up the picture of my hair and saying it was pretty. I continued to tell her it wasn't what I wanted and now my blonde hair is gone... I paid $200 for her to ruin my hair and now I'll have to pay someone to fix it again before my wedding. I have heard/seen amazing results from the other stylist there, unfortunately I would not recommend Jen. Below is the picture When she "fixed it" ...very streaky.
