Vibrant Med Spa in McCall, ID

The spa was clean staff was nice enough. We scheduled a 60 min couple massage for $270 and I got the feeling perhaps the therapist were uncomfortable with two women getting a couple massage. We were taken in late and the massage ended early by about 10 min. My massage was ok but felt rushed my partner said that hers was the worst massage she had ever had -- and we have had a lot of massages. She asked the therapist to apply more pressure and that did not happen. She said she felt like she was being pet vs a massage.

I didn't give either therapist feedback but I did only leave $20 gratuity for both which I always leave 20-30% if it was a decent massage. I almost didn't tip at all based on how unhappy my partner was. We come to McCall all the time and won't be back.

Went in for a Mountain Massage and Reiki special for my daughter's birthday. The spa is very clean and the girls are very good. Would go back for more of a massage. Not impressed with Reiki.

I scheduled an appointment weeks ago for a massage today. i received a confirmation text message last night at 645pm. I showed up today and apparently there was no record of my appt and the therapist had been sick "for a couple days." Don't risk booking here if you're planning on a massage as part of a vacation.

London was very sweet but really didn't do super deep tissue. She really didn't know the physiology of body and when asked to get really deep on certain areas she totally skipped it ( I think because she didn't know what body part I was referring to, QL etc.) I also asked her not to use her forearm up and down my back as it is not a great feeling for me but that is one of the first things she did unfortunately and did it multiple times. I booked a 75 min deep tissue but we started just a bit after the hour  and ended at 10 after so it was really wasn't  75 min. Heck I really would have liked that 5-10 minutes. She wasn't able to get to the front of legs. Did great on the feet.  Not sure why they don't have 80 or 90 min. massages. The room was clean and smelled good and they were able to get me in within 24 hours so that was nice. They also have a nice Far-infrared sauna and that comes with the massage which was a great plus!

I think she would be great for someone that just wanted a nice relaxing massage and didn't have specific areas that needed deep work.

I'm just going to start off by saying just book it. I had Julie do my service and I chose the mountain special (75 minute massage and facial). She has some magical hands. She asked me spots I had concerns, I have a desk job so my shoulders and neck are always sore. She used the perfect amount of pressure (I find I usually have to ask people to adjust the pressure). The rooms were clean, smelled amazing! The massage was absolutely wonderful!! My body doesn't feel like I took a beating, but is relaxed and defiantly has less tension built up. The facial was also just as good! I've only had one other facial before this and I would recommend getting a combo to get a facial or just a facial in general as well. I didn't leave feeling greasy, which is a huge plus. I will add that yes this is above a bar but for the time that I went 12:45pm I had no issues. They had music playing so it's hard to hear anything else. Very professional and will defiantly be coming back!
