Very disappointed with this person. I booked her for my wedding which is in one week. When I started to hear all the bad news regarding her shady ass business and how she was taking deposits and not providing her services as promised I confronted Vida about what I had been hearing and she gave me some bull shit story how people we're trying to ruin her business that she has worked so hard for. She reassured me that she wouldn't screw me over and would be there for me and my girls on my wedding day. Well my trial day came and she all of a sudden was sick with the flu and so was her daughter. When I decided to not use her services anymore I told her kindly how I felt and that I need my $300 deposit back. Well she gave me another bull shit excuse that she never refused services to me. That I was the one choosing not to use her. And that she won't be refunding me. Please do not book her not matter what she says to you or no matter what she promises. She will not do as she says. And with her being a daughter of a well known pastor she should be damn ashamed of what she's doing to people! She's living in sin everyday! She's a thief and a liar and does not do any good to people!!

My wedding was on May 5th . I was not satisfied at all. They rushed through my session i had booked for three people An they were taking forever that my mom got frustrated An didn't get ver make up done . Not to mention they want PAYMENT In FULL when booking when just so they can do a half ass job . I was supposed to get a refund of 50% or so according to her but I haven't got SHIT! I am not happy and I would leave no starts but have to put something .....

Horrible! I would never recommend them to anyone not even an enemy!Someone recommended vibe salon/ vida to me on a Facebook group post but it was most likely one of her employees. For some odd reason I couldn't find any reviews on yelp so when she messaged me I asked where I could read reviews and she said just her work on instagram . Since I didn't see reviews on yelp I figured ok maybe that's all she has. So I saw the work, it looked good so I told her I would book them for my special day. The day we were suppose to meet for the deposit she confirmed a time and location then when I told her I was 5 min away she said her husband took her car to get an oil change (wish she could of said that before I drove all the way over there). I was so upset then she said I could go to her apt and do the deposit there, my fiancé convinced me that things come up so I let it go and went to her apt (a distance away from the original location). We put down half the deposit since she said it needed to be 50% deposit . At that moment I prepaid for Vida to do my makeup for my engagement photos. The day of the engagement photos she texted me an hour before saying she would be at the salon in an hour I said ok. Then 30 min after said her daughter was sick and if I could just go to her apt again . At that point I said no because it's unprofessional and I did not want to be around sick children, which would increase my chances of getting sick, yet alone if she needed to stay home to watch her kid how could she possibly focus on my makeup? She then was utterly rude and argued with me about it. I said the paid amount can go toward my wedding balance then since she didn't consider that a cancel on her behalf because I was offered her apt. At this point I came across her reviews on yelp from a friend that also had a horrible experience (not to say I'm surprised), come to find out that she has 3 different yelps with precious salon names, I'm guessing due to bad reputation. Then we asked to update the contract to the exact times and stylist she agreed upon and she claimed she was in the hospital! Several other people said she pulled the hospital card on them too. And several brides said how she showed up 2-3 hours late! What bride has an extra 3 hours to spare on their wedding day! Then my uncles wife asked me who I hired for the wedding, once I told her she said she had her do her makeup and how clumpy it was from the low quality products used. Vida offered a refund then never even refunded! As a future bride , I rather take a loss with the $700 then to have her not show up , or show up 3 hours late that I will never get back and risk being late to my own ceremony because she's unprofessional! Last but definitely not least , I found out she double booked for the exact day and time my wedding will take place just to get more money, and when I let her know her response was she's never had a customer like me and does not feel comfortable doing the wedding anymore. I'm sharing my personal experience to help prevent someone from being bailed on in any important occasion.

Vida good make up it was clumpy on me idk what happen but hair style was really nice over all would recommend if your options was limited it must have been just bad luck that day for me what I love is this place is beautiful clean ladies are lovely and I would probly give them a try again if so I'll update

Having such a wonderful time planning our big day with these ladies! They're energetic, knowledgeable and very exciting to work with. Their talents are not comparable to anyone else in the area and we highly, highly recommend their services to anyone in the area or any visiting! The pricing and packages are affordable, scheduling is easy, and they are very easy to contact with any questions. The Instagram, Facebook, and websites they are featured on show amazing, amazing work and we cannot be more ecstatic for the summer!
