My nail tech for manicures is great but the pedicures are not. I paid close to $100 for a gel pedicure. The lady painted part of my cuticles on my toes, so I had to go back. And the lady who "fixed" it wasn't much better. Burnt my skin with the drill, and when I said ow she said "oh it tickles?" And after the second time I said "no you're hurting and burning my skin". Didn't apologize, then she continued to go into her used soiled tool compartment to pull out tools to fix my toes. They couldn't color match the two toes needed to match it, so they just painted over all of the painted toes instead of re-doing it causing them to be thick, plastic like and peel early. I will never get a pedicure here again.

overrated. expensive. if i could give less then one star i would. cant even tip myself for the labor i know it took. original price was 72 but i paid 62 cause i took my own gems because I know they charge for gems but I didn't know they charge extra labor for just adding gems. isn't that what a tip is for

I made a appointment for 12 on a Saturday and I went in very little people, I finally got sat down at 12:40 even though I had a appointment. I got very simple nails which turned out good a little sloppy and she charged me 77 dollars! So I was in there for 3 hours and I paid 77 dollars for medium nails with no designs. I usually go here for eyebrow waxes every six weeks or so and today it was time to go. I went today hoping to get my lip and eyebrows waxed. There was no wait they got me in the waxing room right away. When the female started waxing me she put the wax on my eyebrows and pulled off very slowly causing more pain than usual. Then she stuck the same stick that she had just used back in the wax warmer pot!!! She used the same stick for the service of my eyebrows. She pulled down her mask and was physically blowing in the stick to cool down the wax and when she wasn't using the stick to spread the wax or put it back in the warmer pot she had the stick IN HER MOUTH!! I felt so disgusted that when she asked if I wanted to have my lip waxed as well I said no. I asked for a manager after I paid and told her my issue and she said that the service I received was normal and their standard procedure. I will never be returning here whether it be for a wax or a pedicure or acrylic nails because all the low star reviews you see here are true. You pay so much for low quality nails that break within the week or you get a pedicure with gel and the clear coat isn't even spread correctly and you get dull spots. Some pedicurists think their podiatrists and will dig out ingrown toenails without saying anything and leave you raw and red going out. Definitely not worth the time, money or the effort of driving there. Support local nail techs working from home (with a license obviously) and get better quality nails and pedicures from somewhere else!!!! 0/10 would never recommend this place anymore

I got a gel manicure & it didn't even last a week! Nail polish was chipping off and it was cracking where the nail bed is.
