On a recommendation, I had my hair cut by Jenn at Verve yesterday. I showed her a pic of my hair in a cut that I loved. I have very curly hair and if it's not cut right it looks terrible. I am so happy with the cut. It looks exactly like the old do. Also, she's fun to talk to and everyone was very friendly at the salon. Check it out.
Service and results were fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. HOWEVER, the prices on their website are not at all correct. I got a simple all over color and a minor trim... $120. I about threw up at the counter.
Come to find out, the color was reasonably priced. BUT THE TRIM was $50!
I'll come back for a great color, but I'll get my trims somewhere else.
I recently moved to the area and found Verve through a quick online search. I was able to schedule a same day cut which was really nice. The salon is small but the space is not crowded at all. It was kept very clean and they offer you a drink as soon as you walk in. I had Jen as my stylist who I would highly recommend. She listened to my half formed thoughts on how I wanted it cut and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I had a pretty bad hatchet cut a couple weeks prior and she walked me through how we could allow certain areas to grow out while still keeping the rest tidy. She was also a great conversationalist and talked to me about products that might work well for me without being pushy to get a sale. Great experience all around--I'll definitely be back!

Jeff is amazing. I went in on 3 separate visits recently because I wanted a color and style that took a lot of time. Jeff really took the time to get my hair color exactly the way I had envisioned it. He cut it to my exact preference and then he even took the time to make sure that I could style it the same way at home. Everyone there is warm and friendly and incredibly talented. I will never go to another salon.
I randomly booked an appointment here after driving by several times. I didn't specify who I wanted when I called and they gave me Jeff. He sat down with me and talked about what my hair routine is, my hair goals, hair history, etc. He trimmed me up and ended up blowing out my hair in only the way a hair stylist can. I left feeling fresh and confident. He was great to work with and I, as a typical hair salon hopper, think I've finally found a salon I'll return to!
