I've had my nails down here ONCE, which was one too many times but I needed my toes done so I thought how bad could it be right? WRONG! Side note: it was the only place open on Sunday. The technician was rude like I was inconveniencing her for PAYING her to do her job. After getting my nails done at enough places you try and tune out the obvious conversations about the patrons that pay their salaries, but it still
irks me. But as I went to check out she ran my card, I gave a tip in cash and apparently she forgot to charge me $20 for the gel, ok no big deal, but I'm looking at the total and it didn't add up. $35 for the pedi, $20 for the gel so why the hell was it $80?! So I went in and asked and she said it was for getting my eyebrows cleaned up (NOT SHAPED) just cleaned up and my lip AND SHE BURNED MY FACE!! This is NOT West End! It's some strip mall nail salon in Dickson and a eyebrow and lip wax should not cost more than $15, certainly NOT $25!! I'm livid!! This place has ripped my daughter and her friend off in the past! Once? Ok, but multiple people having the same experience? Something is wrong with this establishment! There are much nicer places DO NOT waste your time or frustration!
Love coming here to get my nails done. Always friendly, and l service with a smile. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is comfortable. Love getting my eyebrows done here as well and the pedicures are awesome. If you like the pamper yourself once this is a great place to go.
Went here to get a mani/pedi 2 years ago. It had the best nail salon reviews in Dickson. They had several Asian women working in there and our mani/pedis were good.

WRONG!!
I had made an appointment and when I arrived there was only one young Asian girl who showed me in and then disappeared in the back somewhere. Next thing I know there are 3 middle aged Asian men (Vietnamese). I don't remember the name of the man who did my nails but he was not friendly. He did a very lousy job on my cuticles. My manicure turned out alright despite that.
He also did not do a very good job on my pedicure. He did not scrub my heels well so they were still rough. Not only that but I had sores on that small narrow ankle area above my heels where he had scrubbed that area too hard! Furthermore he did not use a base cost on my toenails before applying the dark red polish. (When I got a REAL pedicure 2 weeks later in California I saw just how discolored my toenails were!) I paid for the mani/pedi and even gave him a tip but I will never go back there. I felt very uncomfortable with just me and 3 middle aged men there in that salon. Surely there must be a better nail salon in all of Dickson....

Got tips on my nails and went in for removal. They rushed through this process. I was there for 2 hours. They never removed all of the old tip but rather just painted over the with the polish I picked out. Very disappointed.
I went in today, got a full set of acrylic with polish ($25). Everything was going great, the guy was super gentle filing my natural nail, he wasn't rough or anything. But when it came to putting the acrylic on he was just rushing through it. He filed the acrylic super hard. When it came to painting my nails he rushed through that as well. He had me drying them for 10 minutes. I went to lift my hand out & went too high & ended up burning my finger on the heat source in there, which, I will admit is my own stupidity. I gave him a $5 tip anyway. Got out to my car to discover my nails weren't even dry & I completely jacked up the polish on my right thumb. I'm so disappointed.
