I've been getting cuts from Liz for years now and she always delivers a solid fade! On top of that, she's super efficient taking only 30mins a cut. Great conversation with this kind soul!

Walked in with my two cousins and only 1 person was working. First thing she said when I walked through the door was " do you have an appointment? I am only taking appointments." I told her that we do not have appointments and she told us she can't cut our hair. First time I ever walked into a barbershop and not get greeted and asked questions as soon as I walk in. Definitely never going there again. Just lost 3 potential clients since she turned us down. She was also very pushy and assertive. Not professional at all. Take your money somewhere else !!

Just don't!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere. Extremely pushy. She will try to sell you Herbalife and sign you up for membership and charge you for a membership not knowing. Backstory: Last week I took my son in for a haircut the owner named Elizabeth started asking me personal questions about my vaccination status, if my son is vaccinated. Just personal things. She started talking about Herbalife and suggested I try a cleanse called the 21 day challenge. So I tried it , something I ran by my doctor and it wasn't suggested so I told her never mind. She convinced to come the next day to talk about other products a weigh myself to see how much fat my body had and all that good stuff. She then started telling me I needed a membership to get these shakes at a cheaper price, ( I only wanted one then she adds other shit I didn't need) grabs my phone and starts to create a Herbalife account, snatches my debit card and say " here I'll do it for you" she cornered me in a room along with other Herbalife ladies telling me I was about to get diabetes and blood pressure (which she wrong because I just got blood work I'm fine. ) they try to scare you so you think you need their products. Long story short I called Herbalife and got a refund now I want my 43.00 she charged me unknowingly. (Membership fees)???? I'm taking this all the way up I'm still in the process of contacting higher ups and reporting this. I texted her to get my money back and she never texted back. YOU GUYS TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!! Pyramid scam

The salon is in south San Jose, it's clean and the owner is very polite. However, I paid $150. For an all over root touch up and a highlight touch up on chin length hair, I also got a cut and dry. I paid with a debit card and the owner explained she had to charge me a $5 "fee" to pay with my card. I explained I was paying with a debit card not a credit card and she said the fee is the same because the company charges her. She also explained she has to "pull out" the money and give it to my hairdresser. I looked and there was no "cash only" sign. Regardless, there are certain fees that are considered "the price or doing business" which should be absorbed by the business itself. I could've understood if it had been a $20 cut but it wasn't. She should have a sign forewarning the additional fee or waive it all together. I've paid my hairdresser with a debit card in the past on Apple Pay etc and he has never charged me a"fee" Luckily I had enough to leave him a cash tip. I love Huberto, he's been my hairdresser for four years and I've followed him to three different salons. Not this one. The owner had several customers all male and she did a great job on them. She said she has over 20yrs experience.
