David was amazing he took his time with my feet and really gave me a great massage on top of me just getting a pedicure I'm definitely a permanent customer!!!!

The pedicure in and of itself was... fine. Not the best I've had but not the worst. I wish they would have told us how long the wait was going to be when we walked in.
***I would not have waited had I known it was going to take 3 hours.***
We waited at least 20 minutes before they even started the water. They started the water and walked away without checking the temperature. Steam was coming up and one of the other technicians had to help us with it. We sat there soaking for a long time before one of us received service. By the time her pedicure was finished, I was still just sitting there soaking. The girl who finally did my pedicure took a long time setting up. I was very close to getting up and leaving since at least one of us was already finished... but it has to be said that she was a nice girl. She needs to work on her technique and learn to focus, but otherwise the pedicure was, again, in and of itself... fine.
Two other people who came in just after us sat there the entire time we were there waiting. Another girl came in, waited a long time, and finally left. I don't blame her.
Some of the conversations I heard were super inappropriate and unprofessional. They were discussing tips and how other employees don't want to work. The one woman seemed like she was trying to make us feel bad for relaxing on our day off. She also threw some shade because I wasn't drinking my drink fast enough. When we went to go pay, the price was higher than the price listed online. The handwritten signs on the wall were lessing than appealing.
In full disclosure, we did not leave tips. It hurt our hearts to do that, but it wasn't a good experience. We came in together, but didn't get the pedicures together. Our bodies hurt from sitting in those chairs for so long. We won't be back. In all honesty, if I had known the real price of the pedicure, I'd have gone to a place closer to home with a similar price and fun scents.

I have been going to this place for the last 3 months and today was the last time I will ever step foot there again. Vee or the male owner told me I was too BIG to sit in his chair in front of guests including one of his was workers.  The situation was embarrassing, very rude, and disrespectful. The comment caught me off guard since I have been coming there and sending friends, family, and coworkers every since they opened. Then today he decides to show his true color of being a pompous, disrespectful ass. I wouldn't recommend any pleasingly plump woman going there because we're too FAT to fit his chairs. His wife is a beautiful person and she deserves better than the sleeze bag she is married too. I wish her the best but me and mines will not be returning. Such a shame to get big headed so fast when just started out this summer.
