Wow! I happen to drop in sinceI had some time after shopping at Harris Teeter and was very pleased. Not only were the prices good the service was amazing. I just got the basic pedicure but they went beyond basic. The massage was one of the best ones I have had a nail salon and the final paint job was excellent as well. Definitely recommend coming here!
If you are looking for a nice, professional, relaxing environment to get pampered, this is NOT the place! I just left here and got a pedicure and I can honestly say it was the worst experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. I usually go to a different place but they were full and I didn't feel like waiting so I decided to try this place out -- Bad idea. So many things wrong. The most horrifying thing is that I literally watched as the nail tech picked his nose not once but TWICE and didn't wash his hands before touching my feet again!! I'm still in shock! Also it was super loud in there -- very ghetto and unprofessional. When I arrived some people were talking to an employee loudly about sex. After that, two employees were talking loudly on FaceTime in the middle of the shop for at least 30 minutes. I really wanted to leave but since he had already started, I felt I might as well stay and get my $27 worth for a basic pedicure. Unfortunately my nails look decent at best. And it doesn't help that my nail tech's nails were so long! He was scraping me trying to pull my jeans back down over my calves and my poor toes feel beat up because he used his long dirty nails to remove the excess polish around my toenails. I will say that the guy who did my nails was nice enough though. I think he could tell I was disappointed with my experience.
came in after a horrible visit at another salon . KYLE took the time to removed horrific nails , which does not want to come off . he was so gentle and it didn't hurt a bit . he helped me pick our my nails shape and it came out perfect. forever be a returning customer .
