Went today and I got the color I didn't ask for and I was charged for acrylic but they didn't do it. They botched the design and it looks terrible. The lady was rude and disrespectful. The shaping is awful. I want to cry it's so terrible. I paid 70 dollars for nails I want off right now. -6/10 do NOT recommend
don't listen to all of the reviews I've had all good experiences I know that a couple of friends got nail techs with not a lot of experience but that could happen anywhere the prices are cheaper than I've seen anywhere with experience like some of the techs have I would recommend to a friend
I love to support local businesses and I wish this place was better. But it's not. It's horrible. I've been twice (once 5 yrs ago), and both times I've been overcharged, disappointed, and frankly stunned that this place can exist. Most recently I made an appointment for 2 regular manicures ($17 each) and came out with a bill of $89 (before gratuity). Prices are not listed and there's no way to tell what anything costs. The manicures were only marginally okay. There is zero adherence to sanitation protocols. The towels used for the manis and pedis are old gross fraying gray rags that used to be white. The only slightly saving grace is that the staff are pretty nice and accommodating. But seriously, avoid this place. You're better off buying a nice mani kit and doing it yourself. For real.
