they do a good job. with covid now they wear mask and everything. i just got my nails done yesterday and they look amazing. i didn't get what i asked for (i'll insert a picture) but they still look good.
They do a good job, but their attitude needs a lot of work. I got bawled out by the older guy there because of my stiff wrist. I am sorry, but I don't know what I am supposed to do with my hands while I get my nails done. How am I supposed to turn my hands? Is there a place where older people can go to get their nails done without getting bawled out, or a face made at them?
Brought my Grandma here and they started with her immediately....I however waited over a hour only to be told they did not realize I was here for services as well....which I explained in the beginning....I was informed they would not have time for me or what I was requesting....this is the third strike for this place....my last visit involved a berating speech concerning my personal life....and the time before that I left with a burn on the bottom of my foot....over priced, rude, poor customer service and I have never been impressed with their work!
The young lady who did my nails must have been having a horrible day I received three drill burns, she snatched my hands-really I mean snatched my hands, and did not respond when spoken too. She left the table three times without explanation and went and did other piece meal jobs for others. It was almost comical. She skipped a step in the fill process and cut short time the time in the "dryer". The best term to describe her attitude is "surly"! The only time she even addressed me was when it was time for payment. She got a big grin on her face I assumed in hopes of securing a big tip. Unfortunately, if you want to have your nails done locally our options are very limited. But I feel it is worth the drive to Cameron or Taylor. I wont be back!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I have been here twice now... the first time I got my eyebrows waxed and the woman took off half of my eyebrows!! I honestly don't know why I let myself walk in those doors again, I guess I thought maybe they were better at nails. I was insanely wrong! My cuticles weren't even touched! NONE of the tools used were sanitized! I was charged for a design on my toes that I didn't even ask for but when you try to say anything they don't understand you! It's honestly worth the drive to go to Bryan/College Station instead! Wish I could give less than 1 star to be honest!
