Always rude. They don't wear mask especially the male there . Went to get my eyebrows done no one was there and still wanted me to have an appointment which is understandable but had a disgusting attitude. Do not recommend.

Okay , I've been going to this local business for about 2 years now , awesome work ! All 3 nail techs are great , however , the owner "ken" has a serious attitude , in fact I had an altercation with him my very 1st time getting a full set he cut them too short before even applying acrylic , I told him he got angry and said don't come back then somehow convinced me he would do a great job , and so he didn't lie , I loved it ! Buttttt , every time I go Into this place twice per month he mistreats clients , I tend to feel very bad for them . Yesterday a lady seemed like she doesn't usually treats herself to getting her nails done , she walked up to him (on his iPad) him: what service you want her: I want my nails done him : once again what service , he brings her over to his table without informing her about types of services or prices , starts yelling at her when she says $50 was out of her budget , he threatened to call the police on the poor lady that didn't even know what a full set was .... anyways this is the last time me my mother and sister will be stepping inside this place . So sad

i actually used to be a frequent customer but after this experience, I will not be coming here. wanted to try something new and decided to get my lashes done. my mistake. after he was done 1: my lashes were crooked (one of the inner corners being significantly higher than the other) and he told me I could fix it with make up. why would I pay 35 dollars for you to put ardell singles which cost literally five dollars a pack only to go back and fix it with make up? 2: he used lash glue to blend my real lashes and the fake ones together. i didn't realize this until I was crying in agony while trying to take them off. i initially noticed it my lashes were hard, but thought nothing of it. i used to go there for gel sets until I realized they weren't good at doing the shape and just settled for a gel manicure which was mediocre at best. I would say spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

If I could I would rate this place a ZERO! Waited to get a nail polish change and the nail techs took others behind of me waiting. When asked about the wait, the owner yelled at the customer. The nail techs & owner were rude and didn't acknowledge our presence until were we looking a nail polishes and owner became upset about customer picking up the nail polishes. The owner/nail tech didn't even sterile the pedi spa after use he just rinsed it off.

Sadly I did not have the positive experience echoed by another reviewer here. I was in a hurry to get my nails done and didn't have enough time to get my claws & paws worked on at my fav spot, so I stopped in here for a quick gel mani + gel pedi. Customer service was nice and my tech was attentive, but my nails and toes turned out to be a mess no more than 2 days after I got them done. 1) the gel on my nails started chipping and RIPPING 48 hours after application. 2) my nails (natural) started breaking along with the gel. 3) I paid $70+ for what honestly was a $15 job (after it was all said and done). **They also DON'T line their pedi tubs with the disposable wrap that most salons are doing to keep sanitation in order. Likely won't be back for any other nail services again.
