The absolutely worst nail salon I have ever been to. Went in for just a cleaning and manicure. Had to ask for the nails to be cleaned twice and still didn't help. Barely trimmed the nails.if the girl doesn't want to work get someone else.
Went and got a pedicure with my mother in law today! Becca was my pedicurist and she was AMAZING, I have rough but sensitive feet and she was very gentle and kept asking to make sure I was alright!!!!!! My mother in law had "Grandpa" and she was very impressed! We will 100% be going back! This is the second time we've gone and we are always impressed!
I came in today just to have a set removed, and ended up walking out with a really wonderful manicure in the cutest shade of pink! The technician who took care of me really did a lovely job on my nails; they're a beautiful shape and she helped me pick the perfect shade of polish. Very rarely do I get my nails done, literally 1-2x a year. The salon that did the set I had taken off is one of the more well known establishments around but the service was not very good, the price was very high, and their tools didn't seem particularly clean. V&T Nails is so close to home and I'm so happy with the service and price that I may start getting them done more regularly. Additionally, I watched my technician open a sealed package of files and a buffer before getting started, and pulled tools out of a sanitation device. I'm just so tickled with the manicure I got today, the service was lovely, and I can't get over the shape of my nails! The team of technicians at V&T were all happy and friendly, and clearly like working together which matters to me! I want to be in a positive space, and today I was! All around an unexpected and very lovely Sunday treat!
I went to get a manicure and a pedicure on a Thursday. On Friday morning, the polish was peeling from my nails. I went in for a touch up and was told I would have to pay. I left. The customer service is not good. I don't recommend this place. Very disappointed.
