I have gone there many times and it was always wonderful. Went 2 days ago and it was awful - the guy that did my nails (Van) cut every single on of my cuticles with the drill - even when I said "oh that really hurt" he continued to do it. He actually made my toe bleed during my pedicure. I might go back - but I will never go to him ever again. I paid over $90 for pain!
I stopped going here and now I remember why! I went in for a pedicure and was in pain the entire time while she was working on my toes. I know that I have small toenails but I have never been cut and filed (even my skin) so bad. The paint is good but I go get a pedicure for pampering and relaxation!!! Won't go back again.
Scheduled an appointment ahead of time and was pulled back within 5 minutes. Van did my nails, asked if I liked how they were looking every so often, which I thought was nice. One was starting to look a little crooked but he fixed it before I had to say anything :) The nail tech who checked us out was a little blunt, but everyone else seemed nice. I don't usually get my nails done but I would probably go back
They pried my ACRYLIC NAILS OFF WITHOUT SOAKING THEM. Then the "nail tech" decided to call me a baby. They had my review removed but here I am again. To the manager please eat a bag of sausages sir. If they hurt you, pull your hand back and LEAVE! The tools they use are nasty and dirty. The nail files are old and gross. After this experience I know better now. You should not have to ask your nail tech to soak the previous acrylic nail off. By prying the nail off with another fake mail that removes natural nail layers from your nail. Think of it like skin. So when they applied new acrylic it burned my fingernails! Meaning they damaged my nails. This place is sketchy and when I called to double check that maybe I just received a bad nail tech the MANAGER asked me if I was a nail tech and asked me what I know about how to do nails. I know one thing, you guys burned and damaged my nail beds and then took my money with a smile.
This was the worst service l've ever experienced. My nails are very chunky and the lines isn't straight. It was a very simple nail design of French nails. They were very rude to me and didn't offer me anything off for how bad they look. Everyone there said they looked bad even the owner and claimed he still couldn't do anything but I still refuse to pay $60 for these nails.
