I've been using Whitney at Urban Society for years! She does amazing work on all hair colors but her work on blondes is spectacular. The salon is always well cleaned and maintained and all the stylist provide great customer service!

I went in for a partial highlight. I could immediately tell after the wash that it was very dark. I said "it looks dark" and the stylist said it was just because it was wet and would be lighter when it dried. After drying, my "highlights" were closer to brown than blonde. During the highlight I could feel bleach on my scalp at times which I know is not good when getting a foil and I can see some spots where there is a straight line of bleached hair at my scalp. Then she did not highlight any hair at the back of my head. It is obvious from looking at my growth that my hair was highlighted at the top, back of my head. For a place that charges $115 for a partial highlight you would expect better.
