Fancy Nailspa in Conway, AR

Went for a new dip set(nothing on nails). The quality is horrible and looks unfinished.

I will never return. I went in after work one afternoon considering it's only 2 doors down. I was asked to come back since it was busy. So I did. When I returned only 2-3 women inside and one working, the owner. He took me around 5:30. I asked for a manicure and dip. A week later and I have had 5 chip, 3 break off in pieces, 1 still half on, 2 broken nails, and a hurt cuticle. My cuticles look worse than they did when I first went in because I was not given a manicure like I had asked for. It was rushed, and an awful experience for $45.

Went in after work and got a manicure and it rubbed of all around my nails within 6 hours. Called and they said that they would fix it. But when I went in  to get it fixed they told me that I would have to pay another 15 dollars. They also informed me that the regular nail polish they use doesn't stay on but charged me $20 to do it and they have it posted at $15. Will never be back they were extremely rude and non helpful. But my toe polish is from the same bottle and looks fine.

i'm never the person to leave a bad review, or any review for that matter. the first time i came in here it was amazing! my nails looked great, the nail tech was so sweet and made sure i was happy. but the most recent time i went in was awful. i took my boyfriends little sisters to get their nails done just to spoil them and the man that did their nails was incredibly rude and aggressive towards me and to the girls. he tried arguing with me about getting gel rather than regular nail lacquer and i just kept telling him to do regular lacquer. but in the end he charged me for a gel manicure. like what?! another thing, i had to leave my card with one of the girls (((they're 14 and 16 so they were fine by themselves for 5 minutes, my boyfriend was also there making sure they were safe))) because i had to go pick up something, and he yelled at me the whole way out the door telling me i need to wait and that I NEED to pay rather than the girls using the card themselves. i went into the cell phone repair store next door to the nail salon and he followed us in there. creepy. bad service. and also tore up the girls nails and left them bleeding.

I had my real nails dipped and pedicure.  The toe polish didn't match and they started arguing?? The asst. Manager just painted over the yuck color and the next morning most of the polish was just, gone. It seems to have just peeled away I guess.  Just now I scratched my face and a huge chunk of the dip product just broke off.  The same thing happened with the index nail.  I had to file them down.  This is just sad.  Definitely not 105.00 dollars worth.  NEVER AGAIN!
