This business does not deserve even one star in my opinion. I called ahead checking the prices out on acrylic nails because I wanted to treat my two grandchildren for spring break. They told me the price was $35 dollars per girl. So I took them there and that's what I asked for acrylic nails,but when it came time to check out they charged the girls $55 for one and 60 for the other. I have been very weak from a recent surgery so I just gave my oldest granddaughter my debit card and waited in my car that was parked in front of the building.But I made it perfectly clear what I wanted the two girls to receive just acrylic nails nothing else.When my granddaughter came out she was confused about why the price was so high. So I went back into the store to ask the lady why is this bill so high.
She explained that the girls wanted gel on top the acrylic. I told her the girls said they they never mentioned to them anything about gel and we already had agreement on acrylic. She should of asked me before adding more expense to the purchase, I told her I was just out front of the store. Who does that, no that's something they wanted to stay away from because it messes up their nail bed . I'm going to be in trouble with their mother . They did what they wanted to do to run up the bill and took advantage of children and the situation. I was looking for a place where I could go and take my granddaughters. To enjoy a nice experience and I could bring them back time after time. But their nails turn out really bad nothing like what they wanted. Only because these people wanted to make more money instead of just giving the girls what they wanted. Save your time and money, stay away from this place.
My teenage daughter and her two friends went in to get manicures. One wanted gel nails which would have been $35.00. She told the person 3 times. The lady kept saying dip nails and she said no. The lady did dip anyway which was more money. The other friend wanted acrylic and the lady said shellac and the friend said no just acrylic. She did both anyway which was more money. I went in to try to get a refund for the extra services since the girls didn't want them but the lady refused. Famous Nails down the street is much better. Nail Designers just did what they wanted and charged extra for the services. I do not recommend.
I absolutely love nail designers!! I have been a repeat customer for over 10+ years!! They always make me feel welcomed & like family!! Best place in town!!
I love this salon so much Ricky danyel did my nails and they did such a good job and were so nice!!! I got ombré and they are PERFECT.. I'm very picky on where I go to do my nails and they are definitely my favorite in conway!! I recommend coming here:)
