I was a walk-in, spur of the moment. Jackie was available right away, she listened carefully to my rants about what I hated about previous cuts I've gotten elsewhere, and what I hoped she would do as far as repeating those blunders. Now, I'm a cosmetologist too, and I wanted a specific cut, so I had to explain, in depth and detail how this cut was accomplished because it isn't taught anymore; at least to my knowledge. Jackie listened very well and did every step correctly. It was the best cut in this style I've received in years of trying to explain it to stylists.
