I used to love this salon until this. I've been to this salon a total of three times in the last 4 months. The first time I had Lilian and she was incredible but my first time getting my nails done there a great time. The second time I had someone else and I decided to try a dip acrylic I loved them so I came back a third time. The third time will be my last time. I got dip again. The process was 2 and a half hours long. It barely took an hour my last time. One of my nails is so crooked and some spots on a few of my nails don't even have a top coat and feel filed down. Some spots don't have dip on them at all. She was rushing towards the end cause it had already been 2 hours, I got there at 4:15 I didn't leave until 6:30. Definitely won't be coming back.

100000/10 , just moved to the area and will be back! I went I'm at 6:00pm and they closed at 6:30, they still happily took me. I received a mani/pedi and they took great care of me even though they had to stay past closing.

I made appointments for my Mother and I to have pedicures at 2:45pm on a Saturday. We arrived at 2:30pm, registered our arrival and sat down to wait. At about 2:45pm we were moved to the pedicure chairs where we sat down and waited, again. This time we sat for the next hour without anyone even acknowledging our existence. At 3:30pm we got up and left, again without anyone acknowledging our existence.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The wait time wasn't long and the shop was very well kept. Everyone was friendly and took their time doing the service. At no point did I feel unwelcome or rushed. I'm excited to come again. Definitely a hidden gem.
