I haven't had a relaxer in 5 years. My hair was very healthy, strong, and past my shoulders. I decided to get a relaxer. I went to the owner the first time and it was good. I should have known there was something wrong. My hair was very straight. However, as my new growth grew my hair was dry and tangled at the roots as time led to retouch. I didn't think anything about it. When I went back the second time, for a touch up, the same woman said your hair is still straight. She applied the relaxer as normal. I think she forgot about me sitting here with the relaxer on my head due to her talking to another customer. My scalp was burned, she then applied some cool breeze solution, She applied the perm all over my head. A week later my hair is shedding bad, the following week my hair is coming out. A month later, half of my hair has fallen out to my roots, I have applied everything you can think of to save my hair. Its almost like she changed the texture of my hair. Needless to say, I have no hair now. It's to my scalp and no moisture will take. I have applied everything from leave in conditioners to mayonnaise. It just soaks it up and brittle. The owner did this to my hair. I do not recommend this place at all.
