Initially it was great, my first 2 visits were a dream, and than everything changed. My third and final appointment was met with just the same great energy, I left happy and satisfied as usual. (And I always always tipped) You said you always wanted to know why a person stopped coming... Initially it was just being ignored, whether it was making appointments or trying to message you. I later than realized why you probably did not answer. It was bc the last time you styled me, you insisted I get a blow out and heat styled so you could trim.. I now have heat damage, that I did not have before. Even when I went to the lady who was super rough she didnt cause any heat damage (we both had established that) I started to not even message or say anything at all, than I started to just come up there and speak with you, but for what? It's obvious you really don't care as much as you put off, but I have nothing to loose especially since the damage has been done already. So you can continue on with your day/life I just wanted you to know exactly why I'm lost as a customer, why I stir my natural friends away, and II'll never ever trust another stylist with my tresses. Thanks for the much needed life lesson. I have also put this post on my fb status so that way you'll see if hopefully. Bc I stopped following you, I blocked you, and only reason I'm complaining now. Is bc I've grown my hair for over 6 yrs and now thanks to you it's damaged. It sucks bc I actually thought you cared about your clients hair but I see it's a game and it's all about money with ALL OF YOU! Good day... Yes I have now, also posted this on yelp. Everytime I do my hair and see the damage I get pissed all over again....
1st: The establishment is beautifully decorated which in my opinion is very welcoming. There are a lot of booths providing an overall intimate 1 on 1 client/stylist experience. You don't have to feel uncomfortable as a new client because as soon as you walk-in they will greet you with a smile and pleasant greetings.
2nd: All staff are team players so if someone is free they will assist each other so they can move you along faster, which is so thoughtful cause don't nobody like being in a salon all day.
3rd: This shop specializes in all types of services: hair, extensions, lashes, massages, male grooming, and natural hair.
4th: Seems like they are always having some sort of client appreciation party with all sorts of food. They're a fun group of people to be around, with positive vibes.
