This salon is so amazing! I've never had a disappointing experience here!! I've gone to Danielle here each time but every one of their stylists are so talented! Will always be coming here for my hair needs!

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!!!!!!!!*****long story but it will save your hair and money

My bad experience was from the salon. I love the store itself & have spent a lot of money at this establishment. I made an appointment to have my hair done and was not told a price or that each person has a different price. They gave me no choices & put me with one of the most expensive girls. She not only had a bad attitude about her own workplace but when my hair was taking too long she told me she could put me under the heat even though it was against store policy. I should have known then to just walk out. She messed up my hair and lied and said the lighting made it look more brown than black. She then proceeded to not even trim because I didn't need it when I had not had a trim for over a year. I made her trim my hair where she barely cut anything off. She didn't curl my hair or style it she just blows dried it and rushed me out the store. The lights were turned off on me before I ever got to the register. She booked me another appointment to make my hair blonde instead of the brown orange color she created but when I called they were going to charge me another $300+. I thought she was going to do it for free since my hair was not ANYTHING like I asked for. I asked for black hair blonde bolyage. She put dark brown on my roots and did not put any black in my hair, my "bolyage" was not blonde expect for a small spot on a little hair then it was green tinted. There was an orange band around my head where she started the "blonde". I called corporate and the manager said she would fix it and to come in on a morning where she can spend all day doing it but I didn't have time to do that. I was pregnant and got morning sickness that same month and it was hard for me to sit in the chair for the first time. Also because of how unprofessional the staff was I didn't trust her to fix it. I asked to go to a different ulta and let them fix it but I never got a call back. I told them I would post the photos online since they never asked to even see my hair or see how bad it was. They decided to call me way after they said they would but I told them they could keep the money because I wouldn't be spending anymore there. I'll gladly pay a PROFESSIONAL to do my hair and fix Ulta's horrible mistakes.

Super impressed with this store AND salon. The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff are great. They help just enough and I don't feel like I'm getting a hard sell from them. I also appreciate that the design allows for a full salon, brow bar, and skin bar under the same roof.

The salon is great. I had what may be the best haircut ever from Brayde W. he was out of this world great. Really thoughtful and took his time. The consultation and the conversation were so helpful in deciding how to proceed with my service. His advice was invaluable and his sense of humor really made the whole thing just really fun. He is a stellar stylist and I will def be back for more.
