Whatever you do, do NOT get your hair done at this salon! The store is nice, but the salon experience is truly awful. I originally had my hair done about three months ago by a gal who is still there. She is one of the more "advanced" stylists. I had extensions removed, a partial highlight, and a haircut. All in out the door was around $275. All for a very mediocre (at best) cut and color, with the added bonus of her reeking of cigarettes. So gross! Like a fool, I decided to go back to the salon for my next round of cut and partial highlight. But this time I would have someone else do my hair. Not going to mention any names, as I feel it's rude to do so. My second time trying this salon was about three weeks ago. Went in for a partial highlight and simple haircut. The gal doing my hair spent THREE AND A HALF HOURS doing the partial highlight. I was like a caged animal after that amount of time, and asked her to skip the haircut and just do a bang trim. The bang trim took her :30 minutes! WHAT?!?! I was there for a little over 4 hours, and she ruined my hair! The color is HORRIBLE, and the bang trim has me looking like a 5 year old little girl. It was the worst salon experience I've ever had! I would never go back to this place, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The staff were very helpful, respectful and responsive. There were a handful of workers who had helped me find my shade, brands of makeup products i was interested in and even recommended some stuff for my type of skin. while we were checking out the cashier was extremely nice and kind. I would highly recommend going there to find all sorts of makeup and skin care products. i would absolutely go again.

I really wanted to like this place. I asked Ashley if she could do my roots of face framing highlights. She looked exasperated and said "No". Like a fool I went along with what she wanted and she rebleached my hair in the front- and guess what? All of that hair which I had painstakingly growing for 2 years after chemotherapy broke off. I am so devastated- it was finally getting back to normal. Extremely frustrating and disappointing....
