The place is so over priced for the service you receive. I paid over 200 dollars and the color just washed right out of my hair. And come out on my clothing and sheets and towels. There staff are nasty to you if you say anything about them or there service.

5 star all over! I called on Saturday to get a facial and my appointment was scheduled for Monday! Front desk person was caring,polite and really went above and beyond to find the first available opening for me. Lisa the aesthetician tha is professional,knowledgeable and a caring person who does her job with passion. She looked at my skin and adjusted the treatment according to my skin condition, age and goals. She solved my on going skin troubles in minutes!!!! She uses high quality organic products. My skin looks and feels healthy and nourished. While there I also schedule a Brazilian Blowout Treatment for my hair. The front desk person was great again. My hair appointment was scheduled for next day!!!! Wahoo,felt so lucky that I was able get an appointment for my hair too. I just got the Brazilian Blowout Treatment done by Jaclyn. My hair feels healthy,looks shiny and smooth. She inspected my fine European hair before the treatment and let me know what result I can expect. She also clearly stated the price before starting the process,I really appreciate that too. I also scheduled for an eyebrow lamination,wax and tint. I can't wait to see my glam look:) I'm a true Florida girl that loves to be outdoors,go fishing,be on a boat,beach and I love the sun-all these good things show on my skin and hair as I age,so I'm just glad to have it restored to it's healthiest and with minimal flow up maintenance at home. I love the eas and convince of booking multiple services at Kyle Kurtis Salon & Spa at North Port. Their stuff is great,front desk is good,salon is top notch,many well trained beauty technician to pick from and prices are still reasonable. I love this Salon! I had previous haircuts/styling with Brenda, (whom has recently left, unfortunately), but I'm happy to say they have a new stylist that I also very much like named Susan! She has been great to deal with and communicates well. My hair looks great and always lays so nicely- important with a short do! I totally recommend this salon and Susan! She's fun and makes the hair styling experience pleasant and you walk out looking great!! Thanks again for being there for your clients!

Had an appointment for a lash lift booked today. Showed up 5-10 minutes early and sat in the waiting area after checking in. Nearly 30 minutes later I was still sitting there so I went to ask what was going on. It was then that I was notified that the lash technician wasn't working today. So I had never been called to cancel, drove all the way down there, sat for an additional 20 minutes and only found out that I wasn't getting anything done because I finally asked again. Fake apology from the staff and some excuse about a computer system. I had been there before and had a decent experience but I won't be back. If you're going to make an appointment with this place beware that you might show up and never be notified that you are not getting any services done

I love this salon! Super professional and clean! Irene is great and filled with knowledge! For a high end salon the prices are reasonable. They have 2 locations and open almost every day
