My mom went in today & asked for help to find a product. Instead of someone showing her where it was the lady pointed and said "it will be over there somewhere." She had a very bad attitude.
Will not shop at this location again!
First and last time visiting this location on Coastal Boulevard, Brooksville. I went today in the afternoon, around 5pm. There were about 6 employees, 1 helping people and 5 behind the counter. No customer was paying and they completely ignored me. They were talking to each other or busy on their mobile phones. When I asked for help, one of them barely looked at me and said someone would help me but none of them did. The girl who was busy with other customer was the one who finally helped me. At the end, I find the products I wanted but left without buying anything. I went online and bought directly on Estee LAuder website and not with Ulta.
Every time I go there without makeup on the tall white male that wears a full beat face (his makeup is always poppin' though) is extremely rude. Obviously doesn't want to help anyone. I always feel like I am bothering him when asking for help with something. Then after you ask him one question he turns and walks away way too fast if you have something else to ask. Anytime I go there with no makeup on I always try to find another worker to ask questions so I don't get dirty looks from him or seem to be bothering him. If you don't like your job... Work somewhere else.
Having lived in the Boston area and Las Vegas over the past ten years I have come to love Ulta.....but not at this location. I visited for the first time after moving to the Myrtle Beach area and needed to Re-fresh supply of my favorites.
There was one lone women on sales floor trying to answer everyone's questions and assist 3+ people at a time. I was 4th in line at check out with one person working the check out area who was having trouble with the customers card & called for help. Another associate walked up trying to resolve the issue at the register and ignored the customers in line with their net bags of products and once finished turned & walked away, not bothering to acknowledge anyone waiting. What a disappointment, I left my products on the counter and walked out,
