I had the worst ever experience at this awful salon! I took my toddler happy go round son to get his hair cut. The hairstylist Stacy had no business cutting kids hair as she had no patience, no personality and she was not thorough at all...I had to point out a few things to her and even with doing that, we left with a butchered hair cut and a crying unhappy toddler...we left there with uneven sideburns, uneven neckline and a zigzagged front...Stacy needs to have her license taken away...what a shameful place...
I LOVE this place! Stacey is who I had, she was so amazing. The other girls in the Salon were super nice also! I felt very comfortable here. And I love my hair! Thank you Stacey
The owner is awful. Let me go for going to musc children's hospital with my sick 8 week old daughter. Heartless. I turned down another job because she asked me to work for her and she let me go because my daughter got sick and i had to call off...knowing when she hired me my daughter had some issues. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
I would give zero stars if I could!! Not only did my hair get destroyed at this place a week before Christmas they actually refused to refund my money when I returned to show the owner what her totally inexperienced hair stylist did to my hair. Instead she promised free conditioning treatments which when I called to schedule one my call was never returned. This was a scam all the way around the board. My credit card was charged more then what I authorized. When I asked for a refund it was denied. The only reason I am writing this is so that Mary Elizabeth Murdock doesn't destroy another persons hair. I went back and fourth about writing this review but decided to after I have had to wear my hair up since December.
