The salon was nice and clean. Ariana was my stylist. She was super sweet and knowledgeable. We did a K18 treatment and she gave me exactly what I wanted and needed for a cut. My daughter and I have been going here for several years now. Everyone of the stylists are all great. MaKenna is excellent and she knows her stuff and listens to what you want. 10/10 stars for her and Mirage.
Wish I could give it 0. Got extensions and they were great until I went in for a move up and within a week my tracks were falling out and my hair was matted. Had to go to my stylist in Charlotte to fix because the girl who did my hair couldn't fit me in. You would think if you messed your clients hair up you would do all you could to fix it. But no I had a whole track hanging by 2 beads. Took my other stylist 2 hours to undo them and untangle my hair. Spent 2000 for her to do them and what I got was unacceptable
