Ulta Beauty in Morganton, NC

Ulta did contact me, they offered a refund, I happily accepted. I'm glad the store manager actually read my review.

I'll shop in Ulta for product, will not go Tobin store salon again.

While the makeup and skincare is top notch, the salon is NOT. I went in for a simple trim and a few layers so my curls would be a little more apparent. Unfortunately the older lady that works in the salon did not listen to that. She put in short layers and kept saying how that would make my hair fuller. That is NOT what I asked her to do and my mother was with me and we both told her several times what I wanted. But now I'm stuck with 4-5 inches cut off my hair and hair so short around my face that I can't even bring it back into a ponytail anymore. I absolutely hate what she did to my hair and have cried about it several times. I would not recommend letting the older lady in the salon cut your hair if you value your hairs length.

I love how when you walk in everyone that works there just looks at you like they just smelled their own fart. I especially love how they just stand around like they are not workers just models on the floor!!!! They just walk by and don't even acknowledge you let alone ask to help you. I been there twice with the same experience and so have some of my friends and family have had the same experience. I would have gave them a negative. I wouldn't have even bought anything there but I was desperate. I went to check out and asked the worker if they had any good primers and she said "I just depends if u use any." Wtf made no sense but like I said they are just there to model lol!!!!!

Used to be ok - when Diane worked there.  Had my usual appointment tonight, but no Diane.  Instead there was some snotty nose guy who made my mother and me feel like we were inconveniencing him by having made an appointment.  How rude.  I will find some place else.  I am not willing to deal with some one who is going to treat me so poorly.  This kid needs an attitude adjustment.
Wish Diane were back.

I enjoy my time spent at this store in Morganton. Diane cuts and colors my hair. She always does great work, exceeds expectations. The other ladies and occasional gent make things entertaining and fun. I look forward to going there. Everyone is friendly.
