I had an awful encounter with multiple workers in the store, verbally harassing me. I was alone and am 16 years old. I had a situation with another customer in the parking lot, and the workers were no help.
I went to get my hair done for my wedding with Amanda. She works very fast and my hair stayed the whole day and night! I was amazed at her talent and how she could do the style I requested. I hope she gets a raise!! Photo below is my hair when it went through lots of wind. It stayed the whole night after beautifully.
Had an uncomfortable experience here where I felt I was being followed by an employee the entire 5-10 mins I was there. It was almost as if they were keeping an eye on me. She would sift between aisles and stay at the one closest to me. Wouldn't recommend going to this location unless you want to be followed around like a toddler.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Usually I get ignored when I go into makeup stores and not helped, but this was not the case at Ulta ! Very helpful and attended to what I had came in for!!:)
I love this place! Everyone has been very helpful I'm not sure why there are bad reviews The salon is great too!!! I have been shopping here for years at least every two weeks and have been since I moved to Minnesota.
