Bought a Madison Reed hair color box at Ulta Beauty in Lima 2 weeks ago. Mixed it up but it was very thick. It felt like I was trying to rub in just the cream into my hair. It did not color my hair at all. Went back to store, picked up another box, went to register and opened it in front of the clerk to make sure all pieces were included. Clerk told me the activator must have been dried up in the first box, "he didnt know he had never used that brand". He then proceeded to charge me another $30 for that box. I starred at him a minute and then, dumb me, paid another $30 and left. I am very upset with Ulta Beauty Lima Ohio customer service. Beware.
Every employee there is really helpful but not as pushy as everyone at Sephora. They let you take your time and try out all the products you are interested in. Always a 10/10 experience
