I went to ulta beauty to on 3/24/2024 around 11:15 am. I went in for a cut and color I worked with Marissa she was very friendly and excellent to work with she was very understanding of what I was looking for. I had my doubts until I saw the finished product and all I can say is I love it. I feel so young and pretty very girlie. I don't normally get my hair done regularly but I have had luck at Ulta before and will continue to keep coming back when I have the time. Can't wait to work with Marissa.
I came in today with many questions spanning skincare to makeup and was helped by a lovely person named Nicole. Nicole made sure all of my questions were answered in full and helped me pick out products to help heal and conceal my acne blemishes. I've never had a negative experience at this location and find it strange the ratings are low.
i went here not too long ago with a group of friends, a lady/ worker with green covid hair proceeded to ask my friend if she's going to buy what's in her pocket after we told her many times we bought it from another store. she did not leave us alone and harrassed us and follow us the rest of the time we were there. then got other workers to stare.
After getting my haircut, I made another appointment with the same stylist to get my hair colored the following week. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment, I was told my name wasn't in their computer system; I asked them to look again and they found me, however, they said I didn't have an appointment scheduled. The stylist came over and said she was booked and I could reschedule, she didn't know what happened to my appointment, but there might have been a mix up with my name earlier in the week? I can't stand excuses, just admit you don't know how to properly book an appointment. Why would I want to reschedule when you clearly can't keep track of appointments? I will never go here again and strongly urge others to look elsewhere for salon services.
Worst customer service ever! I've went in multiple times and each time I am ignored and no one helps me. I spent 1 hr in there June of 2018 and not once was I asked if I needed help. This has happened mutations times.
