I was just in the Ulta store in Gillette Wy and would like to say , I am thoroughly disappointed to say the least.
I went in looking for a specific product, and when could not I find it I went up to the counter to get somebody to help. There were two people at the register so one came back to help. She stayed on her phone the whole time she was helping me. I am visually impaired so getting some help was a must.
When we couldn't find what I was looking for, she just walked away, no suggestions for another product. I am totally disappointed.
This morning (3/9/20) was my first time in Ulta, Gillette Wy. My friend and I spent an HOUR AND A HALF browsing the store. Luckily my friend is an Aesthetician! NO ONE ASKED US FOR HELP OR EVEN SAID HELLO that whole time!! Then when we go to check out, there are FIVE employees behind the counter talking to each other. And we stand there for a minute before they acknowledge us! I spent $160 ( getting ready for a trip). Had THEE WORST EXPERIENCE!! I don't plan on ever going back in there. Had my friend been able to go out of town for the things I needed we would have! And will next time!
