Went in to get my hair dyed, trimmed and shaved underneath last thursday. My hair is already pre lightened where she is going to be lightening more and adding gray, thebroots are supposed to be dyed black. The hair stylist said she would do her best but she wanted to save the integrity of my hair. I walked out with my hair fried, meaning the ends are for the most part melted and the rest of my hair frizzy. the majority of my hair is purple because of a toner she said she put in that now a week later is still in my hair. the undercut shave I asked her to do is way higher than I had asked for. The black she put in my roots was blotchy and you could still see my dark brown hair. Very little of my hair even had gray in it. To top it off everything she that was put in my hair is almost completely washed out and my hair is now green!!! I sent an email to them and never recieved a response. Terrible experience and a waste of money, will never be going back.

I got a Brazilian wax here while passing through town. I normally got to The European Wax Centers that you often find in larger towns but that wasn't an option for our travel path. The lady that waxed me was so nice but it was a terrible experience and result. It took about 45 minutes and she seemed flustered with the wax. She didn't let it sit and dry long enough so that she had to redo areas. She also would slowly peel it back to check if it was dry. She asked if I was normally so red afterwards which I said yes just to save face. The result was also poor. Most of the hairs were broken and in about a week I could have used another wax. The price was also ridiculous, $80 and for the terrible job she did and excruciating pain from her lack of confidence. Not a good experience. Glad I don't live in that town cause there wasn't a lot of alternatives.

The first week in Feb. 2016, I had my hair colored, cut and styled by Maria! She was wonderful! I asked for something that would go great with an upscale wedding I was attending in LA, CA on Valentines Day, and something easy to do myself! It turned out great! I will go back again!

I got my hair dyed twice here. Very unprofessional staff. The stylist even got dye on my face so I had to go straight home after. Second time I tried a new stylist and she had some of her family come in while she was doing my hair, left me in the chair with hair in my face, and talked to her family for a while. Very unprofessional.
