This was the only place that could get me in last-minute. The woman who did my pedicure was very gentle with taking my gel polish off and scrubbing my feet. I'm very ticklish and she saw that and just did what she could. Usually I have to sit through it and it's miserable. Polish job was great. The room was kind of dirty and untidy but that's my only complaint. I'd come back here again.
Went to get a full set of acrylics. HORRIBLE. Technician was rough and my nails hurt for forever after. Thumb nail was filed at an angle and not straight at all. Nails started bubbling after I left and peeled the next day. Overall terrible experience.
Appointments don't mean anything anymore! They have raised their prices just like everywhere else in town. They have gotten lazy with hand massage ( oil or lotion and/or manicure ) when doing a full service dip or new set.
Very unhappy! I was in a hurry so I did the basic pedicure and that took an hour and a half. The gel paint is bumpy and looks awful. My toenails weren't filed straight so they look even worse and they didn't remove my cuticles. I get a lot of pedicures and this is my far the worst I've ever had.
This used to be my favorite place. Visited today and it was disgusting. The floors, trays, walls, chairs... everything were beyond dirty. The tops of the spa jars were covered in dirt, enough to see finger prints. Won't be going back regardless of the service.
